2. Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods, we cannot accept returns unless the goods are:
- Faulty or damaged upon receipt; or
- Not as described at the time of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods that have been opened or partially used unless there is a fault.
3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for fresh and perishable goods if you change your mind after purchase. Please ensure you are certain of your selection before completing your order.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

- Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will offer:
- A replacement;
- A refund to your original payment method; or
- Store credit, if preferred.
You may be required to return the faulty goods to us. If so, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

- Goods that have passed their “use-by” or “best before” dates;
- Perishable goods not reported as faulty or damaged within 24 hours of receipt; and
